HOW TO USE:
HYDRATE THE SHEETS
Profreeze comes as a flat sheet.
Submerge the flat Profreeze sheet in lukewarm water (tap water will do)
The Profreeze cubes will hydrate by itself within 3-5 mins.
To speed up the hydration process, massage the Profreeze cubes to allow the cubes to absorb water faster.
Profreeze is ready to use once the cells have puffed up.
FREEZE THE SHEETS
Toss in the freezer about 4-5 hours.
Make sure to wipe the excess water on the profreeze sheet before tossing, otherwise the Profreeze would stick to other items in the freezer once the water becomes frozen,
ONCE FROZEN
Use or cut to the shape you want. Cut along the margins in between cubes.
Be careful not to puncture the PROFREEZE
TO REUSE:
Wash with soap and water
Toss back in freezer until its ready for your next use
