How to Use:
For pumpers:
Use before pumping or breastfeeding sessions (to encourage more open nipple ducts for faster pumping) and afterwards (to soothe and moisturize). With clean hands, apply a pea-sized amount to both nipples and areola. Leave on for 10 minutes. Lightly massage the breast area, moving towards the nipple. Wiping breast before pumping or breastfeeding is optional. Nipple balm is no-harm and safe for babies to ingest.
For expecting mothers:
Apply twice daily onto nipples to soothe and moisturize.
